We stayed here twice. For me it is a 3 star hotel . Negatives: No complimentary water in the room, a big minus. At our first visit, no coffee or tea in the room as complimentary. The furniture is old, beds and sheets are old, very much used. Better not to include the evening dinner, very weak.Soft drinks cost extra, no coffee at the dinner. Check out at 11, very early, we had to hurry up on our last day, they didnt even mention an extend. It is a spa hotel, very bad and dangerous choice of floor tiles. They are extremely slippery, my son fell down twice. Compared to the price, the service we get is very low. Positives: Big rooms Great location. Would i stay again? No

Wonderful and cosy hotel, two minutes walk to the center. Very helpfull staff- everyone is friendly, smiling, willing to help and recommend places to visit. Guys who work in the restaurant are wonderful, subtle, professional, polite and friendly. Very clean! Nice and polite ladies clean rooms and change towels every day. Food is delicious and versatile for both breakfast and dinner. Meals are very tasty! Amazing chef! I highly reccomend.

Управо провео са породицом продужени викенд у овом хотелу и на Златибору. Хотел је испунио сва наша очекивања. Право место за одсести са децом. Храна супер, базен и Спа центар одлични. Близина центра Златибора. Дефинитивно наша препорука. Вратићемо се поново.

Rooms very good, breakfast very good. Location superb. We bought a massage for 2 the same massage but 2 different experiences. The outdoor pool was not only for guest but for everyone, and you needed to go around the hotel to get there and stand in line with people from the street. The price? It's expensive for a spa and resort hotel and the spa is nothing special. I see a spa for a place to relax and unwinding. How can I do that when you allow kids in the jacuzzi and the spa pool. And the jacuzzi smelled very bad.
