I'm happy I came across this company. Really happy with the results. The background fits perfectly and they are really helpful. The background itself is extremely high quality and you can tell effort was put in to make it. Looks completely natural and not artificial at all. My order arrived in around 2.5 weeks but it was well worth the wait. Now the background is in it just send the tank to a new level and I cannot imagine my discus tank without the background. Really happy with my purchase and the customer service from aquadecor thank you.

Avoid guys seems there custom care and customer satisfaction is not there priority any more. My friend had a terrible experience with aqua decor recently he spent a fair amount on a background and logs for his tank as I had recommended aquadecor to him. Upon arrival they was not the right size. The logs way too short. He did not take any measurements of his tank himself unfortunately as aqua decor told him they deal with his brand of aquarium all the time so they told him the measurements and he trusted them and agreed now he is left with a background and logs which are short by around 2 inches From what I read on the emails from aqua decor to him aqua decor are just pushing blame on him as he agreed to the measurements they had gave him as to cover themselves and not sort out there mistake this is awful customer care on your part aquadecor and I don’t believe I’m writing this as myself and many other have purchased from you in the past and we had a excellent experience and customer care was nothing short of amazing. I’m really shocked that you did not even try and rectify your mistake and I can now say I will not be ordering from you again nor recommending you to anyone else as I feel partly guilty for telling my friend to go with you guys in first place seems you now prefer profit over customer satisfaction 👎

Have wanted to purchase a display piece for years, but was nervous purchasing out of country; however, I couldn’t be more happy. The customer service and final product have been phenomenal. To top it off, the decayed leaves were lost in transit, and they were more than willing to ship another set as replacement. Will definitely be doing future business, thank you all.

Excellent Built quality, perfection & craftsmanship is beyond next level, Packing is too good. We shipped a 3D background from Aquadecor Serbia to MARIANA TRENCH Aquatics India and it was a very nice experience... Their customer support team is very active, and they will even take 101% care whether the customer is satisfied with the product or not....
