Опис ZIM rent a car is a Serbian car rental company with more than 20 years of experiance. Our company offers following categories: small city cars, mid size sedans and hatch backs, automatic cars, station wagon and SUV. ZIM office is located in the centre of Belgrade, but we deliver cars to all city hotels on request. Also we have meet and greet service at Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla.

I rented a car for 10 days on September 2023. It was easy to communicate in WhatsApp with manager. He speaks fluent English. It took me 30 minutes to discuss all the details and I rented a car the same day. The car was nice and we did not have any problems at all. Returning process is very smooth as well. There is a gas station 30 meters from the office so it is very convenient to return a car with full tank. Manager from the ZIM company noticed tiny scratches on the car (I honestly do not know anything how they appeared) but did not charge anything for it. All in all, these guys are professionals and very polite. I highly recommend them to everybody.

I needed a car on short notice for a business trip. Communication was fast, polite, efficient, competent, also possible via WhatsApp. The manager, as well as his colleagues are super friendly, service-oriented, communicative and helpful! Likewise, the staff speaks several languages excellently, from English to Russian. When returning the car they should invest some time, depending on the time and day, to get a (free) parking space. No hidden charges, very good rates, vehicle clean and in good condition, full tank on pick up, gas station right next to the office. I have booked cars all over the world and have had very different experiences so I can see excellent service. I fully recommend ZIM Rent a Car! It will not be the last time I booked here.

I have rented here for several times and enjoyed every one of them. The staff is out-going, caring, professional and speaks English well. The car park consists of modern cars all in good condition. The renting process is simple, fast and secure. Highly recommend for travelling by car around Serbia and abroad. Be sure to make reservation in advance as ZIM is quite popular and may not have cars left on short notice.
