Absolutely the worst and most rude attitude of the customer (dis)service representative, named Marija. My son came home literally shaking from frustration and insult he suffered through her hostile attitude! He was there to pick up deodorant for himself. While he was looking at the selection, this Marija, a poor excuse for a human being, came upon him and invaded his private space with an angry expression. She followed him along the display shelving, then stood in a corner of the store, staring him down in a very angry and inappropriate manner. My son found a deodorant he wanted to purchase, but discovered that it was already open with clear signs of use. So, he grabbed that one and the one behind it and took it to her and asked - "what is this? used article for sale?" To which she condescendingly repeated a few times to him - "it's new, it's new, they are the same," even though the traces of use were beyond obvious. Disgusting! Fast rewind a few days - I am pretty darn sure it was her - she is supposed to "greet" customers at the door. Well, I was greeted by the same sour face and her voice clearly betraying "why are you bothering me" attitude while "greeting me." And she is not the only one - every.single.visit to that shameful store I encountered sour faces, some openly angry and hostile, other times completely disinterested and not willing to help customers at all. How rude and disrespectful! Absolutely horrible, and I will NEVER EVER go into that cesspool of disrespect! C'mon, Lilly Corporate, can you not train your employees properly? OK that was a rhetorical question: obviously your employees are neither properly trained in serving and respecting customers, nor do they even want to be there - judging by their behaviour! This Marija creature is just one of several - they all display utmost hostile attitude toward clients, forgetting that it is US, the customers, that pay her wages!

Žene koje rade su mnogo, mnogo ljubazne, svakome ko uđe se jave i pitaju da li treba pomoć. Inače ne dajem recenzije za slične objekte, ali sam oduševljena njima i moram ih pohvaliti.

Odvratno osoblje, zapravo menadzerka koja prati kao manijak svakoga ko udje u radnju. Ti manijacki pogledi, pa to je strasno, kao da su iz ludare. A vama je neprijatno jer ste uopste usli. Grozan ambijent u Liliju u Sremskoj.
