Please don’t take your dogs to the grooming services here unless they change the groomer or learn how to treat dogs. My family brought two dogs to be groomed, they are well behaved and shy shelter dogs. We took them home after the procedure, everything was ok, but the next day one of the dogs got fever and was rushed to the clinic. The stress and pain that he had experienced made him refuse food and walk and raised the temperature. Under the fur we found dozens of wounds and blood. His fur was pulled out. The second dog got only about 20 spots like this, probably she was more verbal with the groomer, she is more active and can stand for herself. This is a terrible thing that this salon did. We paid for the doctors twice the price we paid for the grooming services. And the amount of pain the dog was struggling with and the pain we are having now knowing he was there treated like this is uncountable. It’s been 4 weeks now since the procedure, all the wounds are healed and now everything started to fall of with the dry blood crust connected to the fur (see the photo) And there are places on the dog that are bold now.
