Got not only prescription antidepressants but a full 2+ hour long consultation on how anxiety works and how to manage it with training Got a full neuro work up with one Novak brother, and a behavioural consultation with another - they were both super lovely, knowledgeable and reassuring, and speak great English

My both cats are being treated here by doctor Jelena: one with skin problems, another is an oldie with failing kidneys. We go there regularly for check-ups and to update treatment plan. The clinic has various diagnostic equipment available, and their own laboratory for blood tests. They can almost everything on site. I trust the doctors' professionalism, they are very open to speaking with the owners, explaining treatment strategies and prognosis, and also very loving and gentle with the patient 🧡 They have a separate cat section where you can let your cat out so it can explore in safe surroundings and get used to the clinic. On the flip side - it's expensive. Easy to hit 100$+ in one go, especially if you've come for diagnostics or have a surgery. And they take only cash

They are simply the best! We went to their (ambulance at that time) clinic for the first time more than 30 years ago. Their clinic is very beautiful, spacious, and fantastically equipped. The staff is friendly and very compassionate, always ready to help the owners. What makes this clinic the best are its vets! I wholeheartedly recommend the Novak clinic to all pet owners! 🐱🐶❤️
