I'm in LOVE with this spa! I was there with my parents, it was such a nice and relaxing activity. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful all the equipment is top quality, and the staff is extra nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place, run here to treat yourself, you will not regret it!

Amazing experience.. everything was just too good ..the appointment availability, ambience the biggest plus point was the masseuse Sanja the Best in the business. I thoroughly enjoyed the most professional services on offer . Note: make sure to book the 1 hour massage and 1 hour for Jacuzzi Sauna.its a deal. Once o was back hime..I slept like baby

What a great experience! Excellent ambience. Tinka has an angel’s touch, one of the best if not The best massage I’ve ever experienced! Milica was very helpful and welcomed me with a bright smile, she helped me choose the best massage package for my needs. Will come back every week from now on, as long as I’m in Novi Sad. First of all a big thank you to Maja who gave a very good,strong but relaxing massage to my boyfriend. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I'm a beauty therapist (13 years of experience) and a spa therapist (3 years of experience). This massage was the worst massage I have ever received. The therapist was not professional at all and she was in a very bad mood. First of all, they started the massage with an open door. The jet of the jacuzzi was so loud maybe even with a closed door we would hear it but with the open door it felt like it was making the noise next to us. The therapists started to argue during the massage who will close the door. My therapist's hands were very rough, she wasn't using her fingers, she was just going around/and on my spine with his palm. She had no idea about the anatomy of a human body. She was performing the same movement for 10minutes. No proper stretching of the arms and legs. She didn't ask me if the pressure was good or if I have any problems with my back, legs etc. Neither which area I would like her to concentrate on.These are so important questions. You cannot do a full body massage without asking these super IMPORTANT questions!! Also at the reception we were NOT asked to fill up a consultation form. I could have a medical condition or I could be (early stage) pregnant or allergic for some ingredients, but noone asked anything. Very unprofessional. The spa itself looked like a nice place, modern and clean. I won't return though!! Five stars for Maja as she was very professional and also really kind, and zero star for my therapist and for the receptionist. Overall 2 stars. You can do it better hopefully in the future.

Lotos spa offers everything you need for a break from your daily routine. It's modern and stylish and furnished with love for detail. The staff is super friendly and competent. I had a couple relaxing massages there during my stay in Novi Sad and I would definitely go again.
