Rečeno mi je da su sve masne fleke sa tila haljine skinute, a nisu. (Nisam proverila odmah, verovala sam na reč...) Smatram da je u pitanju propust, jer ako su ostale fleke uklonjene a istog su porekla, zašto ovih par nisu...? P.S. ostavljen je nekakav trag u obliku +, ne znam stvarno šta to predstavlja, pretpostavljam da je oštećenje. Takođe, otkinuta je jedna traka za kačenje na ofinger. Katastrofa!! Razočarana sam stvarno!!!!! "Uslugu" sam poprilično (pret)platila. Ne preporučujem nikome!

Ovi ljidi stvarno neznjaju da rade ovaj posao, unistavaju stvari ljidima, nemogu da verujem da sumi unistili nove pantalone na peglu a sako isto i ne zele da preuzmu odgovornost,ova radnja treba da se zatvori.

This place is usually ok. If they think something can’t be cleaned they would warn me about it before I pay. This time no warning and I expected my dress to come out clean. I left the linen dress, it had yellow sweat stains (armpit area). Young lady I never seen before took the dress, said to come back in 6 days (a bit too long if you ask me) and charged me (they charge their service in advance). I came to pick up my dress, the yellow stains seemed to became even more intense after dry cleaning. When I asked about it, the lady who is always pleasant and kind said how yellow stains on linen fabric are impossible to clean. Really???!!! I took my dress, I got home and washed it myself. Pictures will show you the difference. Perfect white, which I would expect from the dry cleaning service too. I really consider this kind of answer and service unacceptable. I’m sorry, I know mistakes can happen but if you see it, you have the chance to make it right. REPLY TO THE OWNER: Thanks for your reply and willingness to make your service better. For this particular dress I didn't receive any warning that the stain might stay and this is why I was really surprised when I saw the dress. Like I said in my previous post, Edita is always kind, I just didn't know her name. Yesterday unfortunately I did left the store revolted because when I asked her about the stain, the first comment I received was that this stain cannot be removed and the following moment she was already serving the next customer, not offering anything else, nor she said "please let me check and see what happened" etc. I turned and said goodbye and received a goodbye from her as well. I can understand she didn't handle the situation well due to circumstances involved and another customer being served at the same time (in Edita's defense the customer after me actually didn't wait and started asking questions while I was getting my dress). Edita was always nice and kind but this was the first time ever I had such a problem and I guess I hoped for a better solution when it happened but I know we all make mistakes and I can accept your apology because it means you care about the service you provide. Follow up: I'll be correcting the review by giving it 5. Yes, mistakes happen and I'm glad we managed to get to the point where we could acknowledge why it happened and correct it. I was contacted as promised and we managed to sort everything out. Happy to know there are people who care and are willing to apologies and make thing right.

Nakon ostavljena 3 jorgana, 1 je uredno sredjen, a druga dva, su samo vracena, bez objasnjenja zasto nisu ocisceni. Novac je odmah vracen sto je za pohvalu ali nisam dobio nikakvo objanjenje zasto jorgani nisu sredjeni i zasto sam za to saznao tek kada sam dosao da ih pokupim. Jorgani jesu stariji i imaju mala ostecenja na sebi, sto je radnica prilikom prijema primetila i rekla da nece biti problem.
