Horrible experience. Before the cut I specifically told the hairdresser not to cut my hair too short and I even showed a reference image. I've been growing my hair out for about a year to this point and just wanted to have my ends trimmed. I've made it a point to explain why I wanted to keep my hair length. The hairdresser obviously did not listen to me. She cut my hair hair short and ruined my hairstyle. As she was using scissors I could not tell how short she was cutting the back of my hair. When I confronted her she apologised but did not take the feedback well. She was in a rush, did not handle the hair with care, and was dismissive. All in all, very unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon.
