He asked me 150€ for a 40 minutes tattoo. I understand he might want to value his time but this is exaggerated. 3 times the "normal" price for a 40 minutes tattoo (I gave him the design, so he didn't have to do extra work). No open hours available (just on appointment). He might be a good artist but no idea. He didn't give me the opportunity to know that.
