My manicure master Vladana is really fast and good, 5-star service, I can totally recommend her (although her schedule is packed so get ready to book an appointment at least two weeks in advance, better - a month in advance🥺), but their receptionists are super rude and impolite: they keep talking on the phone while you’re standing in front of them and waiting to pay. Their English skills are very limited, they mix up numbers (saying 9 instead of 7) and when they get your appointment wrong instead of apologising and offering to help you find a suitable time (as you would expect) they blame it on you and tell you off in the rudest manner! My feeling is this parlour is happy with the existing client database and they don’t need any new clients, so they can treat you like dirt.
