We stayed at a total of 3 hotels in Serbia. This one was the best! Nice and clean rooms and a very elegant lobby. The service was great.

Hotel is nice with all the amenities you need. They do room cleaning every 3rd day which I don't like because cleaning should be done atleast every 2nd day . Initially I stayed there for 5 days but my flight got cancelled and automatically rebooked for next day in the evening. So when I went to the reception to pay for one extra day stay, I asked the receptionist named "Sanja" if I can check out at 2pm instead of 11am because my flight is at 6pm. She said Yes I can check out at 2pm. Next day at 11am, other receptionist named "Erina" came to my room and tell me that I need to check out now . I said I already talked with Sanja that I can check out at 2pm. Erena called Sanja and they started talking on speaker call in Serbian which couldn't understand at all. I told Erina that I wanna talk to Sanja while she is on call regarding the conversation we had about check out timing. Erina didn't listen to me and started making weird faces because she wanted to avoid the fact that her colleague Sanja was lying on call when I already talked with her in person and she agreed that I can check out at 2pm . Sanja lied on call and Erina participated in her lie. They both aren't even fluent in English . They have language problem while interacting with guests who don't speak Serbian. Hotel should employ those who know English so that they can't get away what was communicated about check out time and other stuff. Even if hotel rooms are nice to stay but customer service can ruin your stay when receptionist like Erina and Sanja are rude and make weird faces.

EDMİNA VİZE DANIŞMANLIK
Hotel was new and room was great, they didnt change my devet cover since i said. There is no fridge in room, stuff was good for us. Price was good.
