I like the big room, friendly staff, cleanliness, espresso machine, nice spa. The breakfast was very good, however, there is no tea or coffee available to take yourself during breakfast. You have to ask for from the waiter. But nobody tell you that you can order coffee or tea, they are included in the breakfast. Normally, the waiter should ask every client if they want coffee or tea.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was amazing - close to city centre, right on the river making for amazing views, and surrounded by a park so good for peace and quiet. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was delicious, with many options.

Neprisrupacan hotel, jedino sto je lep pogled na reku gde se i nalazi. Prozor ne može da stoji otvoren stalno se zatvara. Nema terasu gde može da sw pije kafa uz cigaretu. Sobe se ne čiste svaki dan.

Not bad, but I would choose differently next time. It was a different experience for me to stay on the water - and this is the best about the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are ok, not wow. Our room was on the ground/water floor but I wish it was higher. There was a stale odor, maybe ventilation was poor or the place is damp due to the water proximity. Breakfast for this price is ok too with good options. My only remark is the croissants were from a package, which considering the price is understandable.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel direkt an/ auf der Donau. Moderne und saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, großartiges Frühstück, für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet!

I booked just one night. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They tried their best but you can’t fix a bad hotel. The location is top! I didn’t get to try the spa as they booked the wrong appointment for us. This was hugely disappointing as it was the sole reason for us booking here. So it does feel like I wasted my money. I booked through the website since I like to make sure local hotels get all the money instead of the 20 percent booking fees. The breakfast was 4/10 stars and not worth the 4 euros. The beds were super uncomfortable. The bedding was too small. The shower only half worked. It was overall super disappointing for a four-star hotel. I own an apartment in a four-star hotel and it blows this one out of the water, no pun intended.
