Difficult to find. Staff kind but not very knowledgeable. They keep two large macaw birds for display, obviously frustrated, which is pretty cruel.

As first time hamster buyers, after visiting few other smaller pet stores, we decided to pay a visit to Zoo Centar as well, and we looked no further. This shop really amazed us by its size, layout and the sheer number of pet products on offer. We were promptly served by a pleasant saleswoman, who gave us a quick and helpfull intro to owning a hamster, and then set us up with everything our new pet needed. Frankly, I wasn't aware that our city had such a god pet store. Will detinitely visit again.

Too sad to see "Arara azul" to sale there. These birds are protect in south America, there original home and to capture, to sale or to pet then are prohibited with penalty of jail.So, I won't buy there anymore.

Zoo Centar is, by far, the best pet goods store in Sarajevo. It is not only the largest one that I have found here, it is also the cleanest and most well-stocked. They have pretty much anything you would need from dog and cat supplies to bird and fish supplies. They even have a couple of exotic birds and an adorable bulldog roaming around the shop.
