The worst customer service ever!!!! I had appointment at 2:30PM to do my nails. I do not live in Vrnjacka Banja and my friend scheduled this appointment for me. I also had to wait for my appointment because they were running late. Than a lady checked my nails and she asked another lady what she things about my nails, then she replied back to me that she can not do my nails because they need two hours for it. Why then you booked the appointment if you can not do my nails?! My friend who lives in V.B. told me she was never returned back from appointment or even someone said to her anything regarding the varieties of gel they offer and the timing before the procesure. Aniway leave the appointment on the side you could do me a favor since I am a new customer?! I sugested since I have one hour we should do a pedicire instead if that takes less time. There was not enough time at all. Not even room for discussion. Then they sugested to schedule another appointment but YOU NEED TO PAY 1000 dinars for that in advance. “I guess all the ladyes that live in Vrnjacka Banja pay DEPOSIT for nails upfront. Extremly rude lady in the back of the salon suggested all this deposit think. I have a 1 year old baby at home and I barely found that time to do the nails and they can not do my nails or even sugest or discuss my situation except one sugestion they did which is to ask for DEPOSIT for nails if I book appointment? I was also asked if I had Switcerland phone number because I could not remamaber my friends phone number because I do not live in this country. What an ASSUMPTION- Switzerland girls we wait you to pay DEPOSIT for nails, I doubt V.B. ladies pay deposit. How rude! Disrespectful! Terrible customer service. TOURISTS please AVOID this place because they just want to STILL your money. Do not get me wrong I can not judge or make assumptions regarding their work this is my first time being in this salon, but this is the WORST customer service experience I had in my life. Tourists, please be carefull and ask upfront about the PRICES of the services. Best luck!
