Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov has conducted consultations with the major parliamentary parties in relation to the constituency of the Central Election Committee for the forthcoming presidential and local elections.
Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov has conducted consultations with the major parliamentary parties in relation to the constituency of the Central Election Committee for the forthcoming presidential and local elections.
The ruling GERB party suggested the elections to take place on October 23. The Left coalition For Bulgaria prefers November 13, while the Movement for Rights and Freedoms – October 30.
The Right of center Blue Coalition and the nationalistic “Attaka” supported the suggestion of the ruling.
