First direct United States-Croatia flight after 20 years is expected to land in Zagreb’s Pleso airport on 3 June, the daily Jutarnji List writes.

Swift Air’s Boeing 767 with a capacity of 235 passengers will come from Chicago, and travel back several days later. The once-a-week connection is expected to run through to 14 September.

Tickets are currently sold for 1,147 dollars (790 Euros).

The same company is expected to start a direct line between Chicago and Serbia's Belgrade around the same time, the daily writes.
