Bulgaria out of crisis faster than other EU countries

Bulgarian Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traicho Traikov said for the BNT that 2012 will be very hard indeed, but that Bulgaria would come out of the crisis faster than the other countries of the EU.

Bulgarian Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traicho Traikov said for the BNT that 2012 will be very hard indeed, but that Bulgaria would come out of the crisis faster than the other countries of the EU.

He specified that the country is in the top five or even top three in the flexibility of economic growth. Brussels’ assessment on Germany is of 0.5, while on Bulgaria – 2.3, Minister Traikov pointed out. As to foreign investments Traikov expressed hope that in 2012 they would be on the rise.

For the purpose a series of forums in world economic centers would be launched for promoting Bulgaria as an investment destination, Economy Minister Traicho Traikov informed.
