 Traffic throughout the country is slow with bans at certain road sections. Fresh snowfalls have not caused difficulties in bus traffic, with certain delays in railway traffic.

 Traffic throughout the country is slow with bans at certain road sections. Fresh snowfalls have not caused difficulties in bus traffic, with certain delays in railway traffic.

Skopje airport "Alexander the Great" is open for airlines, with takeoffs and landings in line with schedule. Ohrid-based airport "St.Paul the Apostle" is also open.

Flow of traffic on the road network is slow due to wet and icy roads. All vehicles are banned at road section Mavrovo - Nikiforovo - Leunovo - Bunec.

Heavy vehicles are banned at Mavrovo - Debar - Struga road section. All vehicles are banned at Struga - Kafasan and Kicevo - Demir Hisar - Bitola roads. Heavy vehicles and buses are banned at Tetovo - Popova Sapka road.

Weather will be overcast with local snowfalls, accompanied by northwest winds. Temperatures will range from -3C and 4C. Similar weather in Skopje with temperatures up to 0C.

The National Hydrometeorological Service has said weather will be overcast and cold in the next couple of days. Temperatures will range between -16C and -6C on Friday, and from -19C to -6C on Saturday.
