Prime Minister Sali Berisha met the President of the LPK Gjergj Dedaj.

Expressing thanks to the prime minister for the hospitality, Mr. Dedaj positively assessed the achievements and progress Albania has made during the recent years and highlighted especially the commitment and contribution of PM Berisha in this progress.

Expressing thanks to the prime minister for the hospitality, Mr. Dedaj positively assessed the achievements and progress Albania has made during the recent years and highlighted especially the commitment and contribution of PM Berisha in this progress.

Mr. Dedaj said that Kosova is actually moving safely on the road of development and enjoys the constant support of the friendly countries. “We are aware of Kosova achievements under the constant partnership and support that metropolis like Tirana, Washington and Brussels have given to Kosova. In this context, we are optimistic of the new agreement between Kosova and Serbia”, said Dedaj.

On his part, PM Berisha hailed the notable progress Kosova has made in many fields and expressed his support and the government of Albania as well for this progress. “We are actually one nation, -said the prime minister – one that has already passed the survival test and moves safely toward the future”. Likewise, the prime minister expressed his positive assessment of the role and contribution of the Liberal Party of Kosova about Kosova issue.

PM Berisha reiterated the government of Albania stance to Kosova –Serbia agreement in Brussels and said that it enables Kosova representation in the regional and European integration process under Kosova nameplate, an independent state and country.
