Ponta Cabinet was installed on Monday by the Parliament with 284 votes in favour and 92 against.

Ponta Cabinet was installed on Monday by the Parliament with 284 votes in favour and 92 against.

Senate president Vasile Blaga announced that the Parliament grants confidence to the government with the MPs majority (which was 231 votes) and considering that 284 of them voted in favour, the majority is met to grant confidence to the government led by Victor Ponta and to its programme.

"I congratulate Victor Ponta and all the Cabinet members and I wish them good luck," Blaga said.
