As one of the leading retail lenders in the Serbian market, and in accordance with current regulations on mandatory legalization of real estates, Eurobank EFG has introduced new consumer loans for property legalization, in dinars.

With its new loan offer, Eurobank EFG wishes to ease and speed up the process of legalizing real estate, for those customers who are willing to do so. Loans for this purpose are ordinary consumer loans, granted without guarantors, down payment or deposit, with up to 72-months repayment period in maximum amount of RSD 1,200,000.

However, Eurobank EFG loans for legalization are offered with attractive interest rate in comparison with cash and consumer loans; interest rate is only 19.75% (EIR 22.99%) and they are solely for citizens who submitted an official loan legalization request.

“Acquisition of a real estate construction permit is an investment and insurance for the future – only a documented real estate can be registered in the cadastre or pledged upon loan request, and it also has a higher market value. In that way, Eurobank EFG wants to support the Government legalization process and to offer citizens to legalize easily their properties without additional burden of their home budget”, stated Ms Varvara Tsantiri, Head of Consumer Lending and Credit Cards of Eurobank EFG on occasion of introduction of new loan types.

In order to apply for this kind of loan with Eurobank EFG, interested citizens have to submit decision for legalization where land development fee is stated from the Land Development Public Agency (Direkcija za gradjevinsko zemljiste). Detailed information on loans for legalization can be obtained in 119 branches of Eurobank EFG throughout Serbia, or by making a toll-free call at Customer Service number Euro PHONE 0800 1111 44.
