Djelic, Degert to deliver apartment keys to 20 internally displaced families in Pozarevac

The total value of the EU donation for this part of the project is €260,000, while the town of Pozarevac invested an additional €130,000 in infrastructure and the building of foundations for residential buildings.

Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Bozidar Djelic and Head of the EU Delegation in Serbia Vincent Degert will deliver apartment keys to 20 internally displaced families at a ceremony marking the opening of the newly built residential area in Pozarevac at 11.00 on 25 November.

The total value of the EU donation for this part of the project is €260,000, while the town of Pozarevac invested an additional €130,000 in infrastructure and the building of foundations for residential buildings.

The construction of a new residential area with 20 apartments is part of the EU project "Support to refugees and displaced persons in Serbia" conducted by German non-governmental humanitarian organisation ASB in collaboration with the Serbian Commissariat for Refugees and the town of Pozarevac.
