The report of Council of Europe’s special rapporteur Dick Marty on traffic in human organs in Kosovo is a true test for international subjects that have recognized the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo and the future of the new government in Pristina is therefore unclear, Slovenian daily DELO writes.

The states that helped Kosovo gain independence three years ago should no longer turn a blind eye to the accusations from Marty’s report charging Kosovo PM Hashim Tachi, the daily assessed.
In a text entitled THIRD ANNIVERSARY OF AN INCOMPLETE STATE, it is emphasized that Western politicians knew very well what was going on in Kosovo, but that no one did anything and that, sooner or later, they should change their mind about that.
Marty’s report states that, at the turn from the 1990s to 2000, Tachi’s name was regularly mentioned in police reports, diplomatic dispatches, criminal studies and documents of foreign intelligence services, DELO reports.
