EU Facilitator to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Robert Cooper met head of the Pristina negotiating team Edita Tahiri in Pristina around 5 p.m. on Monday.

After that, Cooper will have talks with Prime Minister of the interim Kosovo government Hasim Taci, it was released in Pristina earlier today.

Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci said that the meetings will be held behind closed doors, and that they will not address the issue of crossings in the north.

Cooper's proposals will be in keeping with his mandate, and we have already underlined that internal constitutional matters, such as the two crossings (Jarinje and Brnjak) - Gates 1 and 31, are under the jurisdiction of Kosovo and its partners, KFOR and EULEX, Kuci said.
