A total of 18 persons have been arrested in the scope of an extensive police action dubbed 'Armageddon', which is underway in the wider area of Serbia with the aim to suppress the distribution of child pornography.

A total of 18 persons have been arrested in the scope of an extensive police action dubbed 'Armageddon', which is underway in the wider area of Serbia with the aim to suppress the distribution of child pornography, Serbian Minister of Interior Ivica Dacic told Tanjug on Tuesday.

The action is being carried out by the Serbian Ministry of Interior's Service for Combating Organized Crime and the police departments of Novi Sad and Sombor.
