Head of the Directorate for Execution of Penalties of the Ministry of Justice Milan Obradovic and Head of the Department for the Rule of Law and Human Rights in the OSCE Mission in Serbia Ruth Van Rhijn will open the conference “The strategy for social reintegration and acceptance of former prisoners for the period 2012-2015” on 30 November at 10.00 at Sava Centre.

The strategy should define ways of support and assistance to a convicted person who is discharged from an institution for execution of penalties, determine the starting points for establishing the system of social reintegration of former prisoners and the directions of sustainable development of this system in the future.
