We used them to translate our UK marriage certificate into Serbian so we could register our marriage in Serbia. When we took the certificate to register, they said they couldn't accept it as my name wasn't translated into Serbian, so we had to take it back to get them to change it. When we went to collect the amended version, I noticed there were still issues, so they had to change it again. Despite the issues, they were friendly and make the changes without any arguments. I would probably say if you're going to use them for translations, you need to be specific about what you want and then you should be ok. As mentioned by someone else though, it is strange that an 'Oxford' focused company would have non-English speakers on the reception.
