Other guests are very rude. Speaking loudly in big groups like it’s their own home and not a spa in a hotel for guest. Acting like they are the only ones there. Two men waited outside the shower for my girlfriend to finish making her feel rushed. Definitely not worth the 4,000 per person..literally left more stressed than relaxed.

The place itself looks really nice and cosy. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. I expected a bit more to be honest. It doesn't have a pool and the bathrobe was torn and seemed worn out 😐

Having traveled quite a bit I can honestly say this is a wellness center on par with any 5star spa center worldwide within the same or lower pricerange. The ambiance, cleanliness, facilities is all top notch, definitely not easy to find in Belgrade. The absolute highlight of this spa Is their amazing STAFF. Warm, welcoming professional but mostly importantly highly skilled at what they do. I must personally commend the massage therapist Tijana who did an amazing job relieving my pain which I as no easy task considering my old shoulder injury. Absolute recommendation!

Manager Milan is completely unprofessional,beside that girl who is working there was extremely rude. Her name is Tijana! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. By the way I am working last 10 years in hospitality mostly in Usa and this is one of the worst experiences...
