I have a very bad experience with the this salon. First the make me an appointment at 2pm,for wash and blow dry. But,when I arrive I need like a 6-7 min to find someone in the salon because the only person at the moment was making the hair to the other lady. Ok,no big deal. But,she start washing my hair at 2-20, and she left the second shampoo for 10 min on my hair and she rinse the hair to the other one that she was waiting with the towel on it. Ok,I can survive that but,after she only put conditioner and again left me with some man that claims to be the owners friend and trying to talk to me so I can not be upset. But,how I cannot be upset when she do all of this stuff? Even the guy told me ooo,you wear Calvin Klein,and trying I don’t know what. I said I don’t want to spend 20 min with conditioner as the ask me be ode the poor girl she was doing few client in the same time. Finally she wash my hair and I ask for a brush and some leave in conditioner so she gave me Balea spray and told this is it? In this kind of salon,balea? Really ??? And she think that I don’t listen or understand what she was talking to the other client,they talk that every one outside from her country is the same,the hurry(even I wait for like an 1 hour and pay the same as the others) and she prefers the regular clients after the ones like me. But the ones like me share their experience,they are not quite. On the end I dry my hair by myself and left. She didn’t even ask me to wait or try to keep in the salon, only laughed with the other lady and look at me like is my fault she is late. No dear,you need to book one client at the time. Not 2-3 or more . REALLY DISAPPOINTED
