.Compared with Western countries, the pharmaceutical market of Southeast Europe is still not sufficiently developed - the cost of drugs per capita amounts to EUR 130 compared to EUR 350 in Western Europe. There is room for growth and dynamism of the regional pharmaceutical market, showing great potential of this industry. What is really the value of the regional market? What are the prerequisites that need to be met in order to achieve growth? Do existing regulations need to be changed to align the region with the EU? These are just some of the questions that the conference and the invited experts will try to answer.
