Goce Delcev, Dame Gruev monuments erected at Skopje square

These monuments are the first of the 17 that Centar municipality is planning to erect in Skopje's downtown area, including the one of Alexander of FYRMacedonia in the square's center.

The monuments of Goce Delcev and Dame Gruev have been erected at Skopje square "Macedonia. The 5m-tall sculptures are set on both sides of the Stone Bridge.

Academic sculptor Zarko Basevski is the author of the sculptures, which were cast in Florence, Italy.

These monuments are the first of the 17 that Centar municipality is planning to erect in Skopje's downtown area, including the one of Alexander of FYRMacedonia in the square's center.
