In cooperation with state institutions, the Council of Foreign Investor in BH, and international institutions and organizations as well as directly with foreign investors in order to improve the business environment in the country, FIPA seeks to point the key setbacks in this field to the authorities, and giving concrete proposals for its improvement.

However, when speaking the about the possibilities of foreign investment influx in BH, it is important to note the absence of a unique market and legislature which is interfering with business and produces political instability which is a factor that alienates investors from BH.

In other words, it is important to reform the political, legal and economical ambient in the country in order to attract new and important investments.
