The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree on a visa-free regime with Croatia, reported Croatian daily newspaper Vecernji list.

The President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree on a visa-free regime with Croatia, reported Croatian daily newspaper Vecernji list.

The agreement means now that Croatian citizens travelling to the Ukraine less than 90 days or stopping over, can do so without the need to apply for a visa. The agreement will come into effect from 1 June.

Recently the Croatian government abolished visas for Ukrainian citizens travelling to Croatia from the period 1 April to 31 October.
