Bulgaria: Ivanovo Dam breaks and floods village

An emergency situation occurred in the village of Bisser, Southern Bulgaria after the wall of the Ivanovo Dam broke and the region was flooded. Five people have died. The Bulgarian Prime Minister is also at the place of the tragedy.
