The Ministry of Infrastructure will hold a presentation of the General Transport Master Plan (GTMPS) for Serbia at 10.00 on 24 June, at the Palace of Serbia, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 2.

The overall objective of the GTMPS is to contribute to expanded, improved and safer transport networks, which will attract new investment to poorer regions, improve the quality of life there, promote trade and contribute to the improvement of relations with neighbouring countries.

Apart from the Ministry, representatives from the public railroad company Zeleznice Srbije, public road company
Putevi Srbije, Directorate for Inland Waterways Plovput and Directorate for Civilian Air Transport also took part
in the drafting of the Master Plan, with cooperation from and help of the European Delegation to Serbia.
