Tadic: Serbia will be a state of science, knowledge

Serbian President Boris Tadic said Tuesday that in the next ten years, Serbia will become a state of science and knowledge and that its highly educated young people will compete at the international science world and labor market.

Serbian President Boris Tadic said Tuesday that in the next ten years, Serbia will become a state of science and knowledge and that its highly educated young people will compete at the international science world and labor market.

Presenting at the Vojvodina parliament the annual Dr Zoran Djindjic awards for young researchers, students and authors of the best graduate theses, Tadic said that successful scientists are Serbia's greatest human ressource.

This year's award for the best young scientist and researcher in Vojvodina was presented to Mihalj Posa of the Novi Sad Faculty of Medicine by President of the Dr Zoran Djindjic Fund Ruzica Djindjic.
