If the allegations outlined in the report of Council of Europe Special Rapporteur Dick Marty on trafficking in human organs of the kidnapped Serbs in Kosovo and Albania, the legitimacy of certain institutions in Kosovo should be reconsidered - said Montenegro's Prime Minister Igor Luksic.

He told Belgrade's TV B92 that now expected is the formation of an appropriate international independent investigation team to investigate the case further.

He reminded that the Montenegrin delegation in the European Parliament in Strasbourg voted in favor of a resolution calling for the formation of the investigative team.

It is in the interest of all, even the highest institutions of Kosovo, to establish the truth about the trafficking in human organs - said Luksic.
