Cvetkovic meets with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister

Prime Minister Cvetkovic thanked the Azerbaijani foreign minister for the principled stand and support of Azerbaijan regarding the Kosovo issue, particularly for the country's engagement on this issue on the international scene.

Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic assessed during his Wednesday meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov that the relations between the two countries were good and with no outstanding issues and that there was great potential for all forms of cooperation, particularly business cooperation.

Prime Minister Cvetkovic thanked the Azerbaijani foreign minister for the principled stand and support of Azerbaijan regarding the Kosovo issue, particularly for the country's engagement on this issue on the international scene.

It was jointly assessed that there was great potential for further development and strengthening of trade and economic cooperation, especially when it came to Azerbaijani companies' investing in Serbia, the Serbian government's press office said.
