The work on the Corridor 10 road through Serbia is gaining momentum, with more and more Far East companies showing interest in constructing some of the sections, according to what Tanjug has learned at the Koridori Srbije company.

"Foreign companies are showing increasing interest in the tenders for the construction of Corridor 10, and besides companies from neighbouring countries, there is also interest from builders in the Far East, for example China and Azerbaijan," Koridori Srbije official Sanja Stavric stated.

On average, over 30 companies show interest in each section during preliminary proceedings, Stavric noted.

Currently, there is work on the northern and eastern leg of Corridor 10, as well as on the ring road around Belgrade and on the Danube bridge near Beska, according to the Koridori Srbije.
