Minister of Culture, Media and Information Society Predrag Markovic will open the fifth annual seminar on non-material cultural heritage in Southeast Europe on 12 May at 9.30, at the Museum of Ethnology, Studentski Trg 13.

The seminar is themed “From National Implementation to Regional Cooperation.” Director of the Museum of Ethnology Vilma Niskanovic and head of the UNESCO Venice Office Anthony Krause will speak at the opening.

Three roundtable discussions will concern the implementation of the UNESCO convention on the preservation of non-material cultural heritage, identification and listing of non-material cultural heritage and training and capacity building.
