International Criminal Police Organization Interpol welcomed on Thursday the arrest of former military commander of Bosnian Serbs Ratko Mladic as a triumph of international justice.

The arrest of Ratko Mladic, who is believed to be the mastermind behind the bloodshed and mass murder, represents a triumph of international justice, Interpol Secretary-General Ronald Noble said as reported by AFP.

Noble added that Interpol would continue cooperating with UN prosecutors so that the remaining ICTY fugitive Goran Hadziccould be arrested and delivered to the ICTY, wherever he might be.
