The tender for the sale of Elektroizgradnja company from Bajina Basta reached a financial offer from Slovenian company Javna razsvetljavafrom Ljubljana, announced today the Privatization Agency of Serbia.

The statement said that the sale of 290,087 shares owned by the Privatization Agency and 1,764 shares owned by Fund Action, a 70.4 percent stake Elektroizgradnja.
As specified, the Slovenian company is offering 2.45 euros per share, for 70.4 percent of the capital is 715,034 euros, 120,000 euros of investment for a period of three years, and unconditional acceptance of all the minimal obligations of social programs.
The Agency stated that the deadline for the evaluation of bids 30 days after its opening.
(Elektroizgradnja), which employs just under 300 workers, manufactures equipment and systems for transmitting and distributing electricity.
This company has been manufacturing and designing equipment for transmission, low voltage network, installation and complete electrical installation and construction of transmission lines and low voltage networks with associated substations, installation of high and low voltage, power generation transfomer plants and other facilities.
