Creating new jobs in Zrenjanin

Deputy Prime Minister for Economy and Regional Development Verica Kalanovic presented today in Zrenjanin contracts on investment incentives to companies Mecaplast and Draexlmaier that will create over 620 new jobs in Zrenjanin over the next three years and invest more than €13 million.
Deputy Prime Minister for Economy and Regional Development Verica Kalanovic presented yesterday in Zrenjanin contracts on investment incentives to companies Mecaplast and Draexlmaier that will create over 620 new jobs in Zrenjanin over the next three years and invest more than €13 million.
Kalanovic said that both companies manufacture spare parts for automotive industry and that they received €5,000 of incentives per each new job.
The Zrenjanin Mecaplast plant will employ 120 workers, and the investment is worth approximately €15 million.
Mecaplast is a Dutch company whose main activity is the production of components and systems for the automotive industry, and its structure has industrial plants in Spain, Turkey, China, Italy, Czech Republic, Brazil, Mexico and Poland.
German company Draexlmaier is one of the largest manufacturers of parts and systems for the automotive industry.
This company has extensive international experience with 57 manufacturing sites in 21 countries which employs more than 36,000 workers.
Draexlmaier operates in our country since 2007.
