Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated on Thursday that the international community should not ignore the outcome of the referendum in the mainly Serb-populated parts of Kosovo.

People voiced their stand and we need to take this into account, Lavrov said and added that this is a signal. He recalled that local Serb population voiced distrust in Albanian authorities in Pristina, Interfax agency reported.
