In order to contribute to overall efforts to overcome the difficult electro-energetic situation in the country, already on Friday, February 10, Philip Morris Operations a.d. reduced electric power consumption by 70% in its Nis-based factory.

In order to contribute to overall efforts to overcome the difficult electro-energetic situation in the country, already on Friday, February 10, Philip Morris Operations a.d. reduced electric power consumption by 70% in its Nis-based factory.

“We will continue undertaking the set of particular energy saving measures. On Monday and Tuesday (February 13th and 14th), we will limit our production only to export needs. From Wednesday to Sunday (February 15th to 19th), the factory will be shut down to reduce the energy consumption to technological minimum”, said Jelena Pavlovic, Director Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris.
