Government adopts Conclusion on free distribution of Telekom Srbija shares

The government yesterday adopted a Conclusion on free distribution of shares of Telekom Serbia, determining the market value of equity at €2.27 billion, of which 6.94% will be distributed as free shares to employees and former employees of the company, while the citizens will get 15% of the total one billion shares of Telekom.

The government yesterday adopted a Conclusion on free distribution of shares of Telekom Serbia, determining the market value of equity at €2.27 billion, of which 6.94% will be distributed as free shares to employees and former employees of the company, while the citizens will get 15% of the total one billion shares of Telekom.

The Serbian government has tasked Telekom Srbija to carry out all necessary activities to facilitate the distribution of shares and trade them on the market.

The starting price for one share on the stock exchange will be €2.27, and every citizen will receive 31 shares of Telekom Srbija.
