An agreement was signed between the Institute of Defense at the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense and the Military Technical Institute of Serbia within the framework of the exhibition “Hemus 2012- defense, antiterrorism and security” that is taking place in Plovdiv.

The agreement regulates the relations between the two institutes in the sphere of military-technical cooperation and provides for mutual access to their laboratories, exchange of expertise and organization of scientific conferences.
