Libian opposition forces formed a transition government in eastern part of the country, and for the violence upon antigovernment protesters they blame exclusively Muammar al-Gaddafi, resigned Minister of Justice Mustafa Mohamed Abud Al Jeleil said on Saturday evening.

Forming interim government followed a meeting of “Interim local government in the eastern region” in the city og Benghazi, Al Jeleil stated in a telephone interview for the Libya's privately owned Quryna newspaper.
He pointed out that he insists on “territorial unity of the country, with the capital in Tripoli”, Reuters writes.
Al Jeleil said that in a press conference in the city of Benghazi they will say who the members of the interim government will be.
