Greece: Another general strike in July

On the day after the fifth national protest since the beginning of the crisis, union sources have said that the next strike will be held within the first 10 days of July, when the draft law on pensions and labour market reform - currently under commission scrutiny - are set to be voted on.
Greek union leaders have announced that another general strike will be held at the beginning of July - the sixth against the austerity plan - while pension reform is under discussion in Parliament and a possible freeze on private sector salaries is being looked into.
